Filipino Foods


PANSIT - a filipino dish that normally presented/served as main menu during birthdays and some occasions in the Philippines. The ingridients are listed below:
1. noodles
2. either or combination of the following:(pork, chicken, & seafoods)
3. vegetables:(cabbage, beans, carrots, bell pepper)
4. seasonings:(garlic, onions, celery, black pepper, oil, salt, fish sauce, soy sauce)


The three pictures are native foods from our hometown in northern part of the Philippines. Pumpkin flowers, tomato, and Upo (bottle gourd). I add small dried fish as contrast to the taste of the vegetables. I presented such design just to emphasize the different ingredients included in said food.
